Shades is second worst of all time, next to ROGER.  At least Roger did have a decent career early on.  Is Shades black or white?  I guess that is a true definition of a millennial, not knowing a person’s race or gender.  The main stream left me a long time ago!

   Actually, the head of the Pig M's mismanagement team, in charge of on air talent is none other than Helen Keller. A list of unqualified applicants have gone through the  revolving door.

   Now they have Dave not so Little, and Shades Dumsky. The same mismanagement team that got rid of Hollywood Heyden, the man that knew more about the sport than their entire mismanagement team combined. Nothing but the best, at harness racing's premier track.

Shades .....  One of the main reason's I don't watch the pre race show put the main show on mute and try only to watch a decent race.  It's not that the guy is stupid it's the avatar appearance.  I can almost live with seeing the "Wiz" although he goes on mute too but just the appearance of Demsky makes me want to puke. 

I know this is the new age where emojis and avatars are appealing to younger people but I don't think this character is going to help when the major audience for harness IS old people.  I think they are losing more people than gaining.

If they're going to can Holly they should have brought Bozich back on for these few months, at least he was getting better as a handicapper and isin't a walking avatar

This kid is a disgrace.
His race calling is not good and his on-air persona appeals to teenagers.
Jeff and Jason don't exactly overpay the help, so there is part of your answer.
Momentum and one mile track are what keeps the place going.
