Thats Jeff gural spitting in the face of his customers.
The guy is to cheap to bring in a respectable announcer.
I will never understand how a guy with millions can be this cheap and disrespectful.

He cannot recognize a horse making a move.
He doesn’t identify breaking horses.
He calls horses going well who are stopping to a walk.
He is a total disgrace to announcing.

The nickname and appearance just add to the disrespect. 
A total fucking clown.

As to your last point, i am very capable in my job.
I chose one i could excel at.
Shades is in a profession he blows at and his employer is a buffoon who doesn’t seem to care.

On the Race reviews page where they give Brower's bio they still have this

"He has also co-hosted CBS Sports Network’s coverage of The Hambletonian, Meadowlands Pace, and Little Brown Jug with Hall of Famer Gary Seibel and his new co-host at the Meadowlands, Justin Horowitz."

How many years ago was that with his "New co-host Justin Horowitz?  Dude hasn't been on the show for at least five years.  How much effort would it take to just delete those few words ?
