Stiffs more horses at Buffalo Raceway and continuously gets away with it..Last week jogs in 158.2. Gets himself parked tonight. Either hes stiffing or hes that dumb

It doesn't make sense to stiff a horse at Buffalo. Have you ever looked at the pools? Win pool usually between $900-$1500. Exotics not much better.
