Raced the wrong horse at Scabby Downs.  Judges and horse identifier should be fined and suspended as well.  Of course, Saturday is the last day of racing at the Downs, so suspension would not be much of a penalty for the officials.  Yes, the horse won the race.

  What a disgrace.  A blatant cheat imo......worse than when I asked a guy to hose a colt that just got cut.  He pulls out a stud colt and hoses HIM for awhile.  I turned the corner and liked to fell down laughing.  Good thing the colt was chill and munched hay during all this......drunk fucker.
