One just needs to look at KUIL DEVA a 6 y/o mare still in conditions against NW of 40K. She will never win a 5th race and get out of that condition. She's got 188K on her card.
   He's been milking classes with her forever.

Whelan always milks his class hikes and almost never wants to win. :1
