What's with the 19.90 starting fee for those races? Did someone shrewdly negotiate them down from 20?
  The owner of each horse has to pay the drug testing for each race, the state no longer pays drug testing.

IF YOU ARE RACING IN OHIO OR PENNSYLVANIA THIS FALL IS GOING TO BE A GREAT TIME TO BUY HORSES. NEW YORK BREDS CAN STILL RACE IN OTHER STATES. A GOOD HORSE IS STILL A GOOD HORSE.
  Yes you can race in Ohio and Pennsylvania, if they accept the entry . Most of PA. races are PA. preferred (BRED , OWNED). Many at Ohio are for Ohio bred. Good luck waiting week after week hoping to get in.
