If you look at the program, first page where they have top trainers over last 12 months, some names are missing.

The program only gives statistics for those who participate that day. If someone is missing they aren't racing.

For some odd reason, Lachance's horse's finish 2nd and 3rd a lot but not win. It's like they won't pass the last horse
