It's like a QB, no line in front of you and you look bad!!  This horse has a wee bit of talent!!  Oh, and we do have Trace driving, that should help a little.  Usually, when we get a halfway decent horse, we get a different driver every race!!  That is because he has a verrry small stable.

Congrats to Crook Boyzz, dominating victory this evening, with a perfect drive by Trace Tetrick. Condolences to Frankiepark, who finished a disappointing fifth, after a brutal trip from Ricky Macomber again. Interesting that there was no inquiry on Shetler who appeared to be offstride for a short time down the lane. But what would you expect from a track that has Dave Maggot as a steward?

     Sincerely, Silent One

  • Trigger: Very good analysis Calhoun, moreso from my perspective that Albin Jimenez was suspended and the #2 ride was really suspicious and overooked.  Is it possible that there is action equal to far greater outside mutual pools worldwide?

  • Calhoun: That tri pool was $4500. Net of takeout $3300.  Out of 60 possible outcomes, the result was  5th most likely out of 60 (using win odds to calc). Paid 14 to 1. Doesn't seem awful. It also would have been bet pretty good by the genpop. Maybe rigged for the 3 to win but the tri? I think not too likely.

  • Trigger: The race that everyone is talking about where Jimenez #1 stiffs his horse to finish behind the #3 his gf, but no one mentions the #2 (Lebron) and how he stiffed to be behind Jimenez.  To set up the 312 tri watch the stretch. [link]
