I sent a few horses out to Elliott 5 or so years ago and he followed my direction and was legit with everything. Sounds like he may have more going on than I was aware of. He has always been a friend of my family when we crossed paths since I was a kid. Knows horses and has been around the scene for a long time. I could always get good feedback from him when diagnosing one and it was never out of bounds. He was always good and honest for what I knew, but ya never know these days!!!
