This is bullshit.  The OHHA wont pay my mortgage, why should it pay people stabled at Nfld. All should be treated the same.

From my understanding Mahoning Valley is getting the same.  This money is coming from the OSRC not the OHHA.  So the problem is with the OSRC not the OHHA.  I don't understand why only horsemen at the track are the only ones getting their rent paid when they are all Ohio horsemen.

As a comparison, MSOA is paying $96k a month to keep the Meadows backstretch open.

The money was ordered to be paid by the OSRC and it is from the stand alone casino money generated.  Dont get me wrong I think that this is bull shit that you can't just help one track there are horsemen all over the state and the help should be provided equally to all and not just a select few.

Unfortunately you can not silence the voice.  Now he puts fictional race calls out.  The arrogance of him is something else.  Thinking people want to hear him call a race.

Maybe the idea is distract all the horse folks  ???    angbk angbk

Most are not even Ohio residents.   Out of towners come to steal money, then get free hospitalization.    Total B.s

Seems like itīs not just the Gov and racing commission who are calling the shots, seems the Permit Holders (casinos) have to be involved with the openings. Imagine that, and I bet they want indemnity if any one get s the virus. They also want assurances for all casinos and racinos, racing or not. Looks like a complete cluster fuck, maybe no jug this year!
