God Bless You, my dear Rabbi.

Making this a political issue vs a global issue is shallow and ignorant.

I think some people on here actually believe that the health care system should have 100,000  extra ventilators in a warehouse somewhere, just in case someone names the seasonal flu something fancy.
Probably the same folks that think welfare should go up every year by 1% more than the cost of living.  That way by 2030, welfare will pay better than most entry level positions and people will feel more valuable to society when they cash the check !!

NJ Stats:

Date          No. of cases
3/5/2020        1
3/7/2020        4
3/8/2020        6
3/9/2020       11
3/10/2020       15
3/11/2020       23
3/12/2020       29
3/13/2020       50
3/14/2020       69
3/15/2020       98
3/16/2020     178
3/17/2020     267
3/18/2020     427

Increasing 40-60% each day

Now at 742, an increase of 315, or 75% more than yesterday.
I’ll let someone else project that at 75% instead of 50% by 4/1.

"There is a massive influx of patients at hospitals in NJ and many facilities are at full capacity.  Hospitals are urging people to only come if they are extremely ill."

Hide the women and children.   NJ is up to 1500 cases of the virus.

And the quote at the top is from 2018.
I guess no one remembers the "no name" flu.  Either that or the entire State was wiped out and you're all newbies!!

The flu has a vaccine, and is much less contagious and a lower rate of dying than this virus, duh.

For crying out loud - Today is the first day of Spring.  As the temperature starts rising, this flu will burn out.  Then - all these climate change dipshits can just shut the hell up.

I certainly hope it burns out fast.

I don't want to start any arguments here but I am going to state a true fact

I live in the Northeast.  We have not had one drop of snow on the ground in my town since mid January.  I'm an old fuck and can remember the last 65 years at least.

This has NEVER happened since I've been alive so I believe there is something to climate change

Then why does Florida have 432 cases?
