What kind of judge would put that in notes? What kind of judge wouldn't DEMAND a better answer at that time AND write that in report?...we know he's timing the upcoming 'tight and ready' $$ trips...is he timing the appeal? Is he trying to time a family vacation? march break perhaps? when do dad's young horses need extra help?

im no fan of AGCO, but I don't think it is a case of picking his own dates but rather it is the inability to properly construct a sentence in proper english
