They claim in the story the dog has been trained to sniff out the prohibited drugs, that's a little hard to believe when their own drug testing labs have for years missed just about everything. So this dog will sniff out drugs then it will take the lab months to come up with a test to verify the drug.

First issue that needs to be addressed is, when caught, the PENALTY is. Until this is provided and ENFORCED, all the dog sniffing, testing is worthless. This was proven with the Ledford case. All the details were very well KNOWN and a deal was cut.
