They finally caught up to Doug for his June 29 stiff job on the 4-5 favourite Easy Lover Hanover. Only took 4 months.

Should have gotten 90 days, it happens again off to the states to drive. The judges seriously need to grow a set of balls

If you say so lol. But it reads specifically for the drive I referenced.

If it's the reference raced, gotta love the stretch stare at the toteboard.

If you want to fine someone for the drive, fine Henry.
Looked to me like Doug left nicely from the 1 hole, let the 2 go by for cover, pulls out to use it and Henry pulls in front of him and drops the anchor.   Once he knows he has fucked the favorite, he puts his donkey back inside and the rest is history.

I’m sure it has to do with the interaction with TC after the race

please do not try and justify that drive
it was blatant and wrong on so many fronts
mcnair put himself in peril well before the half,  intentionally or not , as they say stupidity is not a defense

Stupidity doesn't make you a crook either.
Otherwise 70% of drivers would be fined daily !!!!
