He must have had dirt on the rooneys or galtiero or someone.  The biggest Mother Fucker I ever had the displeasure of dealing with. How this son of a bitch lasted 40 years has got to be the greatest story of all time.

that place was such a closed shop for so many tears....it was a joke. that A, B, C sysrem for classifying was a joke also. it was just a tool for him to manipulate the cliq.

even with all rhe negatives, great, great racing over those years, never to be  duplicated.

There was a time when the state would not let Starr put the races together, the judges were doing it.

Henry Morgan claimed O L Cheval for $50,000. He was paying Steve who kept writing him in to the Open by adding $75000 or $100,000 claimers draw inside. He was 1,2,3 every week with Luc driving and Mike Richardson training. Steve just kept his hand out.

I saw him 3 times a week for the past 25 years or so.  Not much.  Always tried to give me a line of shit in his typical Danny Devito hysteria kind of way.  I was always waiting for them to pave that freeway he had on top of his head since they had cleared the bushes for the lane.  Fuck him.  Until next time, Joe DeFrank.......... .............HEIL HITLER!!
