The NJ Commission should have a permanent parking spot outside Garcia-Herrera's barn.  What's up with that.  He's been getting away with this for years.

When the smoke clears we'll probably find out this is Gooferall's way of getting out and gets to keep what he always wanted, sports betting and casino license. And he is turning on everyone including Burke.

He can find a clean trainer. He doesn’t have to employ Julie & Ake.

Private tracks don't have to allow these cheaters to race! Denying their entries would reduce the horses being dropped in the box dramatically, thereby less races, less saturation and a shift to an emphasis on smaller stables and more competitive racing!
