horsemen still act like it's the jewel of Ohio for racing.  what a damned joke!!!  MVR and Dayton are modern, clean, nice.  SD could have the ambience of storied, legacy tracks.  This situation with the grandstand is an ongoing embarrassment.  If Eldorado Gaming won't fix it, the OSRC or the OHHA should get in on the act.  It is a disgrace to the sport

The plan is to remove the grandstand and track at the same time to make room for a amphitheater.

New plans blah blah blah.  Cahill will just feed the commission enough BS so that they can continue racing.  OSRC keeps asking for updates and reprimanding Scioto but nothing ever changes. Just tell the OSRC what they want to hear and keep pocketing that slot money!! 11.wp 11.wp

last year hosting Ohio Super Night.... what a joke....

Bobble heads from the racing side will keep nodding their heads to the casino and the Racing Commission know they are lucky collecting their checks.

And people will keep on writing how we need to the grow the sport and promote it..... blah blah blah

The only thing you Ohio hillbillies deserve is a used outhouse sitting in the sun.

You're close..... last Super Night, it rained all night, cold, windy, and a makeshift set of bleachers set up on the apron.....

it was a lousy weather night and the surroundings made it even worse.  As a matter of fact, that amateurish set-up if compared to some of the better county fairgrounds  -  well, it's so rinky-dink that it doesn't really even compare.
