Tony Morgan is amazing how he can help these bad trainers become winners that he drives for. The board still talks even with the smaller handle Morgan on the go shows big time and him and tetrick still control the track when they have the power.

Dover is ruled by The Trunk Doctor and The Bionic Man. The TD has the juice and The BM has Jimmy King. Put the BM on any other horse and he's "dead" most of the time. He even has the nerve to stiff Hall. Art Staff is on the outside looking in, but he'll get you money every time. The rest of this crowd is just filling in.
