wow half the trainers at most tracks would be penalized then.... not doubting you but it seems like a stretch just to get rid of him.

regardless of where he races where he takes his horses you can obviously see when the horses 3 seconds faster than everyone else and mysteriously he's six legs behind at the start of the race there's an issue when he's one to five but when he's got a horse that is 10 to 1 odds or higher he blows up the board that's why they chased him out of Michigan and he was only allowed to run at pompano Park for this many years no one else would license him whether he can be licensed other places now remains to be seen but same issue everywhere he goes.

He has relied on cheating more than running is horses honest for a big fat score then to be a true horseman and run is horses where they can win and he can make some money obviously every trainer every owner what's a little hot sauce in them once in awhile to get a Payday but his is blatant an obvious that's why he keeps getting his time away from racing
