Race 9-Shawn Gray does all he can to let the 1 up the rail.   Called judges, he said there was bad weather and seen nothing wrong.  😂😂.   No wonder then handle 4000 a race

He told me it didn’t even deserve a second look because of bad weather lol.   Imagine drivers decided when there is and isn’t a “passing lane”...that’s basically what happened. 

I said he couldn’t even use the excuse the horse was on a line or running out, he finished in the 2/3 path.  Another unbeatable track.

I’m going to ask the OTB to stop taking their signal
