Not made up, 100% Fact.  The rumor that The Pennsylvania Harness Racing Commission and Brett Revington have appointed Rene Allard to act as "Acting Director of Enforcement"  have not been confirmed yet, but he is very familiar with the testing procedures and how to sweep them under the blanket of corruption in Pennsylvania so I imagine he is leading the pack of candidates.  .
