Monday at Vernon race 7- labor day. Biongiorno on the #5 instead of tipping out in the stretch like any normal drive-- runs up on Bartlett in mid stretch and checks his horse. then tips out when its obviously a lost cause.  Bartlett had the big favorite but that makes it ok. This BS is something that  hinders harness racing. You can race 45 times so just make a bet against yourself and  wait for next week.  In a perfect world there would be one track with million dollar purses in every race and you can only race 15 times a year. No owner would tolerate this crap.

Bartlett was totally under wraps.
Everything Oakes was breathing fire today.

Maybe 15-20 years back Vernon tried a p6. It was hysterical. The pool was close to nothing. It would pay $2.80 for 3 out of 6.  I loved watching the return every night. About as good an idea as the name woodbine mohawk.
