Track equipment........ ...does this mean the idiots who already know nothing about maintaining the track will now have an excuse when it ruts out during a downpour.  There will be broken legs forthcoming.  Only the smart trainers scratch their horse when it pours.  Then they are the bad person getting threatened by the manager.
