I'll take a shot here as well... we'll see how it goes

Race 4

Looks like a wide open affair. This is a race where I don't feel like you can toss the top 3 chalk. 4 Pearl Blue Chip and 5 Cenalta Call Girl look tough and both draw good posts. I would normally assume chalky race and tag them on top to save some $$$ in the P4 Sequence. I will, however, add 2,7,8 here. They are the top 3 early pace in this race and could work out a good trip.

Going 4-5-7-8-2

Race 5

1 Quebec Blue Chip

Might key this one here. Rail usually scares me on heavy chalk, but has some good early kick to get out front. 5 Better Single and 6 Skyhigh Ambition are the only other 2 in here I would consider.

Race 6

6 Black Jack Pat will be firing off the car tonight from post 6. There is some pressure from the inside tonight which could cause issues. If this mare clears easily, it will be lights out. As I mentioned, only other 3 in here are the other chalk 1,2,3.

Race 7

Value race with 11 starters. I do think 1 Deb is the one to beat, but will go deep due to the chalky nature of this P4. One value look here is at 8 Devious Delight. June 30th at the Big M, this 2YO Filly showed some promise. Keep an eye out.

P4 Sequence

2,4,5,7,8 WITH 1 WITH 6 WITH 1,6,8,9
4,5 WITH 1,5,6 WITH 1,2,3,6 WITH 1,8

Total Cost- $13.60

Respecting Iceman’s 6th race idea, and knowing how CA can have them ready, I added that one and played:

4-7:  45689 w  13568,10 w  136 w 1 =  $18.00

8-11:  568 w 2 w 23 w 134679,10 = $8.40

Long shot alert.... Race 9 #4   Quints Dream.  Absolutely hate the driver but the horse has been racing great. Got away too far back last week and followed terrible cover. Was flying down the stretch but was too late. With better cover and a decent drive could be dangerous.

What, horses don't normally knock 7 seconds off their last start and 5 seconds off lifetime mark?!?

Forget about the other drivers, the horse just put up a lifetime performance. Horse hasn't won anything other than qualifiers in 2 years and hasn't hit the board in 2 years. 1:54 trot off those lines is a disgrace. Sure, it's possible this horse just woke up and the driver just happened to put it on the front end in a race with no speed. Maybe the horse has loads of talent but just can't get it right. Won first three LT races as a 2 yo albeit in very pedestrian times. Just hard to fathom that horse race a clean race off those lines. Owner/trainer/driver too.

One more try.  The 7 here with Waples (can’t believe I’m betting on RW, usually a throw out for me)
