NARRATIVE:
The Running Aces security unit provides breath test prior to each race program. The testing is performed using a portable lntoximeter breath testing device. The date of the reported violation was on July 1, 2018. Driver Lemoyne Svendsen tested positive for alcohol with a reading of .044 - Allowed limit is .004.
Driver Svendsed who took breath test a second time registered 0.42.
MRC Rule 7897.0110 Subpart 1 - Should a licensee who is a driver be found to have any level of prohibited medication or alcohol, The licenseee is subject to disciplinary actions by the stewards.
Driver Svendsen is hereby fined the sum of two hundred and fifty ($250.00) dollars and was removed from his drives on July 1, 2018.
