It appeared to me that Spree had Lindsey dead to rights. tmbz1

Slam dunk, irrefutable evidence, criminal intent...put a fork in him. hcx.1

And now Lindsey is back without any explanation of why he was missing or a ruling posted absolving him of any crime.

I would say par for the course in harness racing where owners always get shafted. :1
