Miami Valley Raceway O.S.R.C. 3769-18-01.(B)(1)(b) Trainer BRIAN BROWN is hereby fined the sum of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) for violation of Ohio State Racing Commission Rule 3769-18-01.(B)(1)(b). Blood Sample #847937 tested by the Analytical Toxicology Laboratory at the Ohio Department of Agriculture on May 15, 2018 showed a concentration of Flunixin at 164 +/- 16 ng/mL, which exceeds the O.S.R.C. regulatory threshold of 20 ng/mL. In addition, No. 7 QUEEN ME AGAIN who finished first on May 4, 2018 at Miami Valley Raceway is disqualified and placed last. Purse money earned by QUEEN ME AGAIN of twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) in the race must be returned and redistributed. All fines are due within forty-eight hours of the date of this ruling.
