A bad investment? Wasn't he given a back door after X years of 105 or 110% of his investment. Sure he loses the purse money he has put into the last few years. Whether it was 10 or 15mln. If a investor has deep enough pockets and was willing to keep the track open and going with chances of slots. Most make that deal. Sure he was unfortunate to reach into his pockets the last few years to keep purses funded. However he is given a shot with sports wagering to recoup that loss.
