The reason they are short is because race secretary writes the most stupid conditions so horsemen have gone elsewhere. I have seen horses finish 5th beaten 20 lengths and have to move up in class because of ridiculous money earnings in last 5 conditions. Just a stupid and lazy race office.

That's 10 more people than the management wants.They have done everything possible over the last 10+ years to make sure you don't and won't want to return. It has definitely worked.

Last year Wings met me there for the contest, it was 48 degrees so we'd go out to the apron to watch the races but the fucking dopes locked the door coming back in.

It's true. Monticello is the most customer unfriendly track I have ever been to. The management really wants to fail so they have an excuse to shut the doors.

Fireworks night always attracted a huge crowd. A packed grandstand (With people betting) and people like sardines outside. Now management doesn't allow kids in the building, they shut the grandstand AND they do the fireworks on a non racing day instead of taking advantage of a 7500 people night that they could build on by making sure everybody had a great time and would want to come back.

Bee Bop is out of business. That's a huge stable that doesn't add to the box any more. The "Curse" lives forever.
