Rating in regard to watching live racing

1. Dayton
2. Northfield
3. Scioto
4. Miami Valley--engineers who designed that place should return the money they were paid. Beyond awful.

1. Dayton -- grandstand small but works for 90% of the cards

2. Northfield -- Dump, clientele looks like they are on life support, but who wouldn't be when they race 5.5 hour cards 4 days a week.

3. Scioto - best racing damn near anywhere. Is the OHHA on the take ? How they allow them to race without a grandstand, barns that flood, water for the horses so bad that PETA should get involved.

4. Miami Valley - Great competitive racing.... Lets build a grandstand that is flat and then we will stick TV's 30 feet in the air. Employees in the casino wear uniforms, that on the back says - We HATE RACING

Toledo was the best. Sunday early evening races, cold beer , Italian sausage with peppers and onions on the 2nd floor. Going home on 1-75 north stopping at the rest stop to piss the many beers away and always dodging the hookers. Memories!!!

Could be 3 different answers based on:

1.  Fan (view, refreshments, hospitality)
2.  Gambler (full fields, super stretch,  drivers)
3.  Horseman (paddock, officials,  track condition etc)

Given all 3 I like 1.  MVG 2.  Scioto 3.  Dayton 4. Northfield

Toledo was fun but all Ohio tracks even the newly built are dumps and do not cater to horseman .. only reason they have casinos are because of horseman but hey who am I to be a critic you all mostly hate horseman lol .. great forum
