Not a disgrace.  Just probably not good enough.  It's not the first time a Pompano horse got exposed for class.

Remember Delivered From Zin?  He was a $25k claimer when he got to Pompano and a $25k claimer when he left.  But while he was there he looked like the best horse ever.

He is a down under horse! He races twice at pompano to prep for the Levy! Public made him odds on. He was bad but only round one,,,

This is, by far, the weakest Levy series bunch I have ever seen.  NONE rate as a true FFA IMHO.  They would fill the JFA ranks of the 1970s Roosevelt classification.  I was not impressed at all by any of them, and as for Waikiki Beach, he might need a long rest on a beach down under now.  Croghan liked this on his down under visit? Boy oh boy!

He could barely stay on stride.  Watch the replay, he is half running most of the race.

Also, how about last year's FFA Dan Patch winner Keystone Velocity run down on the lead with no excuse.

The top three horses in the last year’s FFA division are in the series
