The funniest part about this twitter argument is that Joe Bongiorno went SILENT as soon as Harnesstimes tweeted to Joe that he'd been around Saratoga when him and his dad were drugging horses.  He saw it first-hand.

That really shut Joe up.  He knew he was trapped in his lies.

I'm confused... Do the Bongiorno's actually think that everyone doesn't know they cheat? 

I think they actually believe they are doing a good job covering up their cheating.
