Chuck Sylvester gets my vote for prior to 2010 and Julie/Andy Miller get my vote from 2010 to present.
Cancielliere is terrible, he will never be a trainer.  He makes Cat Manzi wear his colors when Cat warms up his horses.  I'm certain Cat only does it because he gets a very hefty salary but that shows you right there that the guy is an idiot.

I'll give you I guy who has made tons of money with little know inexpensive yearlings then sold for huge money after making big money.  Does great trading trotters...Steve smith...
Matt Butcher has bought several that turned out really good.
