Whats incredulous is that the list shows Eckley buying EPO from Grasso.

Hes banned in most states-but yet racing at Pocono and Harrahs PA -where they have a rule that anyone using EPO-is automatically barred for life--yet hes leading trainer there-no problems. Lance Armstrong was stripped of all his titles-and banned-yet in Harness racing in PA with his record and history of buying PEDs hes good to race. Why???
