Inside the track, you are 1000% right. Lou Russo is now back jogging on the track. He’s been banned for years and years , was caught bringing an empty horse trailer back from Canada full of drugs. Blew his buddies in and took a plea , served no jail time but now he’s on the track jogging and Steve kiblin was banned from owning and training because he killed a couple horses years ago from drugs, now he just claimed one in his name. Most crooked drivers and biggest drug users of any harness track !
