Here is a little info, you wop retard. The guy who built The Meadowlands and made it into the greatest Harness Track ever was also a Hebrew. You apparently are an anti-semitic piece of shit that needs to be put in his place. Come out East this summer and we will see how big of a mouth you have when you are not typing.

  There’s no way that you can compare the meadowlands in 1976 to today’s shit show

I think the passage of time and nostalgia has a way of glorifying reality a bit. Courtney Foos, Ken Iulo, etc. etc. were all sprinkled in frequently then too. Some weekday cards had the distinct look of Freehold on steroids.
Was it better then? Yes - I think it was. At least to my mind. But let's not make it out to be Broadway...
