Canadian racing is dwindling at an alarming rate,on both sides of the board! Horse racing roots run deep there. A Canadian friend of mine once told me that when he was in high school, the two career choices were Hockey or Horse Racing. I believe it would be safe to say that Career Buffet has expanded!

all of those horsemen have moved to Alberta, where Century Mile and Century Downs each hold a tbred meet and a harness meet at each track, rotating during the year

on the harness side , the same thieves like Brandon Campbell and Kelly Hoerdt will continue to play games with and against each other-- however the tbreds sire stake program is very good

British Columbia decided not to handout welfare to Hastings/Fraser and I cannot blame them
