No matter what, we can all agree it'll be a hell of a race. I would give the slight edge to Mindframe.. He just ran almost 1 and 3/4 miles yesterday on the far outside rail at Saratoga. Great workout for him . In all seriousness I never would bet against Irad in a race like this one is set up to be. Me personally, always bet the older horses against 3 year olds.
Mindframe has intentionally has been very wide his entire career-he doesnt like being on the inside of horsesso yes-he loses lots of ground--but will always be raced that waymuch like a harness horse preferring to race first over(Docs Fella)-one could say..."only if he wasnt first up"--only to see him be raced first over again and again
You are right, but I was just joking since he lost Irad yesterday and he ran the entire course on the outside fence.
It looked like Irad was the only one inhured, did Papi take a shot to the head too?!
I know you were joking..I was just rambling incoherently, been reading Trig too much the horse has credentials to run a monster race in the BC Classic and at 10-1 or over ..I am sure that race wont look good to many--but he cant be judged on that raceshould be a great raceSovreigntyFiercenessSierra LeoneJournalismMindframeAuthoritarianWhite AbarrioSkippy long stockingBaeza(maybe)Thorpedo Anna-(McPeeked said maybe)foreign entities also
at 10 furlongs..Sierra Leone and Sovereignty appear to be the two best going that long..but the others have shot if they get perfect trip scenariosit appears Irad is ok and will ride at Kentucky Downs on thursday
