I would guess yes for any harness track grandstand running today in the US.  They seem pretty fanatical about showing up in Maine, and Bangor was running, but no Case.

No to any thoroughbred racetrack grandstand in the US with the exception of the fair tracks, possibly yes.

In an attempt to make peace, an olive branch between Horseplop Living Legend rainman2 and the President, I spoke to potus this morning and asked him how many he thinks showed up at Goshen.  He shared with me his crowd counting formula.

He asked me how many do I think, I said maybe 3000 in the grandstand.  He said take his presidency #, add 2 zeros and then my number to it.
