Seems the reason John Wagner could not cooperate with supplying the requested bank acct. Does anyone think that bank acct.would tell a whole new story on all of Wagners beards? So John had no choice but to give in. I understand the U.S.T.A. does not have a right to charge or arrest them but this needs to be turned over to Marylands Attorney Generals office for prosecution. Legal documents were forged and then admitted to being forged This was a scam to obtain money illegally. All owners and trainer and driver who was an accessory to the fact should be charged. It's time to write letters email all racing officials in Maryland and VA. Highlight for them the U S.T.A findings. Do not let the people in charge sweep this under the rug again. Trainer is on the board at Va and her resignation needs to be obtained immediately as well as her right to race at any Maryland or Virginia Standardbred racetrack.
