Should we assume that the rumor about the Landy family making a plat at buying the place to continue racing along with some development?
I wish that would come true, great historical small harness venue.

Half the dirtbags that used to hang out there and look for tickets in the garbage, shifted their tack to Monmouth Park.  The other half probably just sit home and wait for their own funeral.  The old POSs won't drive the half hour it takes to get from Freehold to Monmouth Park.  Once Monmouth Park starts charging $6 admission on Saturday and Sunday even less of them will show.
