easy - she is the greediest trainer out there.  bills out 3% groom bonus to owners and gives groom $1000 or less for Christmas.  She walks about in brand new clothes every night at Meadowlands and let's her grooms starve.  All her grooms are looking for the door from what I hear.

What is the market rate for this position? So if it is an hourly paid wage, is there 1.5x for over 40 hours/ She is also offering fully paid health insurance.
