So...he is wired, working undercover, for and with the Feds...and a top-secret investigative task force. Multi-jurisdictional, multi-governmental agencies, international in scope and depth. Josh Marks, and perhaps others (Navarro? Servis? Surick?) were training and pre-racing his horses. The vets they caught too! And now all of them are intimately involved with the governmental efforts. Or is Josh Marks, Surick, and others still rouge? Just curious. This is friggin' hilarious.
