tmbz1 11.wp--From a trainer -"It starts at the "race office"(cooks)-with the draw and appointing the anointed drivers before trainers even call--then the drivers work out the rest before post. The Bettors are left in the dark===no handle to speak of. Spectators are completely shut out.  Casino working overtime to get racing gone-so they can get it all.Management for most part-is in compliance-the resistance is weakening or eliminated. Sad--could be so much better its sickening.Ive been o'seas--complete opposite to here. The drivers that came over for the International--cant believe what is happening--happy to come here-and raid the purse money--but no way would they ever come here permanently as in the past. The days of Ake or Takters coming permanently--are History"
