I did find his confession just a TAD self-serving. 
He sold way more drugs than Fishman, who is in the slammer.

Sounds like they are treating him as Chief Rat. Named in the original indictment and last to be sentenced.
 From what I can see, it looks like Chris Oakes may be the only one who did not roll over. Maybe Navarro, too.  He is out and done with his prison and halfway house time. Someone mentioned he was back at the farm, training.
