Maybe a glitch in the depositing from the casino to racing department? Hard to think they're out of $$$

Pretty sure purse money is supposed to be in a separate account. Just tired a search and West OTB has had a lot of legal issues in the past

Yes WROTB has had a lot of legal issues, and Batavia runs it.
Reached out to a trainer at Batavia, and he hasn't heard anything about them bouncing check(s) as of tonight.

I talked to a formal partner of in Rochester , he said yes they did, but none of the  horsemen say anything because they don’t want the track to throw them out.

I believe it's the other way around---WROTB owns Batavia Downs.  They had to get special clearance to have this happen years ago.

How is it possible that the track is run that poorly?

Place has been under investigation for the last few years. Not sure how they can’t get in trouble by the commission for bouncing checks. I see periodically on Usless Trotting fines for bouncing checks.

I would love to see some proof of the bounced checks. Anyone that says they are afraid to complain because they might get kicked out is just stupid. They wouldn’t need to race horses after the lawsuit for kicking them out because of the track’s financial fraud

Really, then why is Howard Taylor sueing the Meadow lands. What about all the people that get executed due to private property a

People get excluded for be undesirable. HT feels he was wrongly accused since he is sueing. I would love to see the judge’s face when the track says I’m an undesirable because I took them to court over a bounced check

Howards Taylor would sue a ham sandwich and counter sue the cheese if he thought he could settle out of court.
