So recently I see this nut case, dressed in white everything, finding his way into the winners circle. I recall this guy years ago when Brian Sears was a Yonkers regular. Who is this guy?

 I just know they call him 'The Manager'..Occasionally they show clips on here of him mouthing over songs. Creepy but funny.
