Since Rhoades is crashing and burning at Northfield right now, where will he set up shop next?

One of 2 things is going on, imho-
Either Rhoades is waiting for a shipment or he knows/thinks he's being watched.

Bello- 5 should've jogged home in the 14th

Brookview Bolt pocketed up and held second today at the meadows. Almost jumped it off in the last turn trying to keep up with the leader.

This is not true. That was how it was done to get it done quickly but slots and casino gambling have proliferated because the people wanted it. Racetrack were just a fast way to get started. It would have happened anyway. The big mistake racing made was not keeping control of the casinos. If racing interests owned the casinos they could make a conscious decision to subsidize racing. You can bet the bean counters at the casino companies put out regular reports showing the red ink generated by racing.

I don’t think any racetrack could afford the initial outlay to keep control of their own action. Even the Rooney’s sold out near the time New York State put in the VLT’S. Now if were talking about the 1960’s and 1970’s then it could have been done financially.
