You started this topic hoping to get people to rip into the horsemen's group in Delaware. Unfortunately, the complainers spend their lives complaining and contribute nothing. So run for the board, bring your ideas with you and make changes.

what's wrong with having a nice relationship with the casino management? In some states the horsemen's group and the casino management can't stand each other and nothing gets done.  Not the case in Delaware. What's wrong with our purses, sire stakes, and bonus programs? We protect our own more than any jurisdiction.

You obviously have a gripe with Hensley. Have you spoken to him about your issues?

and tests the people that paddock for drugs and alcohol. Not many other states do this. I have a good idea. if you don't like the management for racing and their board in Delaware- try racing at a different track or  MOVE

And this is exactly what's wrong with some of the Delaware horsemen (Not all). Some rather sit by and watch and ruffle no feathers and get the crumbs from the slots (Welfare). Rather than try and improve the product and racing integrity. You have line up racing almost every race, (Unless Thompson or Porter is driving, they send everything!) Horses inside pylons and no infraction, grabbing for dear life so they won't get out of class not to mention racing for 2nd to stay in the same class because they write so many nw of 2 thru 5 or nw over 5, 6 etc etc. Speak up make your voice heard at least thru your representative. Hold him accountable. But I guess you can do what the idiot above suggest. Try racing at a different track! You'll be singing a different toon when racing has to sustain itself by non-welfare purse accounts.

As far as bonus. It's your purse money anyhow but instead of writing more Delaware owned races with higher purses they make you think you're getting a bonus with your own purse money! lol
