Trainer Ceba Horsey, having had a Judge`s hearing on 6/12/2023 and being the trainer of
record for the mare QUEEN LOSTRIS N #7 in Qualifying race #3 on 5/17/2023 at
Harrington Raceway, is fined $1,500 and is serving a 15 day "full" suspension (6/12/2023 -
6/26/2023). It has been found that QUEEN LOSTRIS N had positive tests
(Dexamethasone, Phenybutazone and Medroxyprogestero ne) all testing over the allowable
levels (see DHRC rule: 8.3.3.3.2). The transfer of related ownership and/or training
responsibilities, during this suspension, must be approved by the Presiding Judge. All fines
are due within 10 days of receipt of ruling

I don't think I have ever seen someone get 15 days and a 1500 dollar fine in a Qua race! The first in over 30 yrs!

What makes it more laughable is that the first start he hung her out and she had to be pulled up!

Cmon man really dude..Load up to qua and then break them down first start!
